Poh Teck Lim
Poh Teck Lim is professionally as the Growth Accelerator. He has designed and delivered leadership, resilience and performance-development experiences across 26 countries since 1992. His corporate career includes senior regional responsibilities with The Coca-Cola Company, BASF and Allergan, supporting leadership capability development across the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, he led a one-year leadership and team development program for Unilever International. He is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, creator of the Hexcellence™ Growth System and author of The Growth Shift.

Kathryn McLay is the former president and CEO of Walmart International and Sam’s Club. She led a team of 500,000 associates serving 80 million customers weekly across 18 countries. Previously, Kathryn was president and CEO of Sam’s Club, where revenues grew 43% to $84 billion in fiscal year 2023. She held multiple leadership roles at Walmart, including overseeing U.S. finance, strategy, supply chain and Neighborhood Markets. A native of Australia, Kathryn earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and post graduate studies in organizational psychology.
