Live2Lead is a leadership and personal growth experience from Maxwell Leadership. Live2Lead Kuching 2026 brings the 2026 program to Kuching as a one-day, in-person conference for leaders and growth-minded professionals from Sarawak and beyond.
The 2026 Live2Lead speaker lineup includes John C. Maxwell, Kathryn McLay, Dan Heath, Stephanie Chung and Rory Vaden. Their sessions are delivered to the Kuching audience through professionally produced rebroadcast content. The final on-site session sequence remains subject to the approved event program.

MEET THE CONFERENCE HOST
Born in Kuching and now based in Singapore, Poh Teck Lim brings more than three decades of experience in leadership, learning, resilience and performance development. Since 1992, he has designed and delivered leadership and professional-development experiences across 26 countries, working with senior leaders, people managers, emerging talent and teams from diverse industries and cultures.
His corporate career includes senior regional responsibilities with leading multinational organizations, including The Coca-Cola Company, BASF and Allergan, supporting leadership capability development across the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, he led a one-year leadership and team development program for Unilever International.
These experiences have given him first-hand insight into the realities facing leaders in complex multinational environments, including leading across cultures, developing regional talent and translating global strategies into practical action within local markets.
Known professionally as the Growth Accelerator, Poh Teck Lim helps leaders and teams rethink how they approach leadership, performance and sustainable growth. His work combines practical frameworks, guided reflection and real-world application to help people move from insight to intentional action.
He is the author of The Growth Shift: Think Differently. Act Intentionally. Grow Consistently. and the creator of the Hexcellence™ Growth System. His work reflects a central belief: meaningful growth requires more than acquiring knowledge. It requires a shift in perspective, priorities, learning and action.
As the Licensed Live2Lead Local Host and in-person Conference Host for Live2Lead Kuching 2026, Teck Lim connects the globally produced rebroadcast sessions with the realities facing leaders, teams and organizations in Sarawak and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
